BS realizes workstations specially equipped on customers’ needs.
The workstations meet the target of restricted space and speed of execution.
All stations are equipped with molds for different processes and are equipped with steel presses with a C-shaped structures.
They are provided for the use of 4 hydraulic presses, so that several operators can work at the same time. The workstation can also be realized with 2 specular benches, complete with independent hydraulic punching unit for the realization of holes in different positions. Once inserted into the workbench and started the production cycle, the sheet (but also the tubes) is moved and punched automatically.
The station can also be inserted downstream of production lines.
